I'm coming to La for an internship in the music industry. I'm a 38 year-old, mature, responsible and very clean woman. My two furry babies are part of the package. They are very friendly to humans, but unfotunately not so much so to other animals, therefore I cannot get into a house with any other pets.
I prefer older roommates (30+), and in terms of the apartment I would really like a balcony, and a swimming pool in the complex would be really nice, but not a must. Would also highly prefer a private bathroom.
Area: Hollywood, and anything within a 15 minute driving range.
