Looking for a private room and preferably a private bathroom (or share with one other person). Kitchen privileges with space in refrigerator, use of microwave and toaster oven, plus own cabinet/storage space. Do not need cooking privileges.
Washer/dryer, parking- garage or driveway.. Private entrance a plus if in a house. .

Current landlord is having to move Mom and her care giver into the house. I?ve been a tenant for 6 years.
