Looking for large room in Hoboken

I?ve lived in Hoboken for the past two years and love it! I already have living room furniture & kitchen supplies (if needed). I enjoy going out for dinner or drinks with friends but also staying active and volunteering! I work in real estate which is wfh about 60-70% of the week. I?m looking for onsite parking because I need my car for work, but am ok with a parking garage nearby as well!
