Im looking for a large room in Astoria that will fit a Full bed, desk and a dresser. I’m graduating from FIT this May with my BFA in fashion design. I currently have a part time job and am seeking full time employment but in the meantime my parents will be my guarantors to help with rent. I would like to live with respectful, kind individuals that like to socialize by having a drink or watching a movie from time to time but that gives me space when I need it. I love to sew, draw, paint and be active. I love to workout, go on long bike rides or walks. I also enjoy cooking and clean up after myself when Im done. I consider myself to be a tidy person and am big on communication so please tell me if there is anything bothering you.

I prefer to stay in Astoria but an open to other neighborhoods. I would like to live with females but am open to others if we vibe well. I’m looking for a July 1st move in.
