looking for a roommate that is tidy, respectful, responsible, good with direct communication, & employed.

I'm a full-time student/worker. I have a cat who cuddles with everyone and a dog who sleeps in my room, crate trained and potty trained. I am 420 friendly but not about that cigarette smoking/vaping. I clean up after myself. I am single & queer. Usually out of the house for most of the day. We can be strictly roommates or for a friendship. I am good at sharing but also completely okay with whats yours is yours, mine is mine kind of situation.
