Looking for a respectful roomie

hello there, I am a single mother looking for a roommate in the DC metropolitan area. I moved here from Texas a year ago for a relationship. That relationship is not working out anymore so its time for me to part ways. I am looking for a respectful and friendly person to roommate with. I am a full time personal trainer. I make good money to live in the south but not enough to live alone in the neighborhoods id like here in the dmv. I also want to save money so that I can pay for continuing my education in Pharmaceuticals. I don't party (not like we can right now anyways) I do like going to dinners and working out. My daughter is 10 years old. She's the most polite and well mannered kid you'll ever meet. She likes watching tic-toc and playing with dolls all day.
