Unfurnished Room Needed.

Need Unfurnished large room.
Internet connection needed for remote work.
I am fairly quiet but enjoy great conversations on interesting topics. I have enough funds to pay on time. Also willing to take OVER a LEASE in student type Apt.
Need an unfurnished room, larger than 12x14, for my futon, computer desk and shelves.

My meals are cooked at home, mostly eat healthy organic foods, not vegan.
I recycle, try to be energy efficient, and would like to find roommates that are considerate of energy use to keep bill low. PLEASE NO harsh cleaning products with strong scents.

Prefer roommates that do not party or come home drunk, NON smokers, even outside, smell still follows you inside.

Enjoy outdoor fun activities such as hiking, camping, exploring the city, star gazing, eating at new places, checking out Farmers Markets and attend various types of Meetup group meetings.
