Looking For A Room With A Decent Cool Calm Person.

Hello my name is shavone and i am currently looking for a nice size room where i can have company from time to time and relax on my days off. Im a home health aide and im currently doing a live in 4 days a week and off three days which can change at any given time. My current living situation is a nice room in a nice area in Brooklyn and my roommate is an older female. I have been living there for 2 years now. The reason why I am choosing to look for another room is because my roommate is becoming strict about what I do and I want to feel like if I?m paying rent I should be able to have company from time to time and even have a small pet and a lock on the door. I have been just a little uncomfortable living there lately because i feel like things has just been going down hill over the 2 years i have been there. I am a very clean, quiet, responsible sweet person. I am 33 years old and im single. It would be nice to move in with someone who is the same and is ok with me having a little company and possibly a small pet and have a lock on my door. I am very big on privacy and i dont want to go to work without my door being locked which is what i am currently going through now. We as roommates have to understand the no one is perfect and we all have our fall downs and we make mistakes but, we have to be willing to work with one another and not argue or criticize each other. Now, i like to cook and my diet is pescatarian with little dairy. So I would like to have full use of the kitchen. I will buy my own food. Im am spiritual but not religious and currently practicing buddhism. I have my own furniture but I will gladly take an already furnished room as long as i have permission to rearrange and decorate to my liking. I am not a hoarder i do not like clutter. So my maximum rent i am willing to pay is 175 per week which is 700 per month thats how high i can go. I would like to also live in a space where theres wifi included. So please give me a chance you will not be disappointed. Hopefully we can live together in peace and we can work together if theres any discrepancies. Thank you.
