I'm a writer by trade. I've been writing books, business plans and launching many successful start-ups since I was in my 20's. I'm generally a quiet person and in my room working/writing most of the time.

I do have outside appointments often, so I am not always home.

I am very clean and I do not smoke or take any illegal (street) drugs. I would hope the same of my roommate(s).

I don't have a vehicle right now, but I plan to purchase one in the near future. So it would be a big plus to have a garage I could park in, when the time comes.

I am looking for a long-term rental (or perhaps lease arrangement), providing it is a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I need to be in a nice and safe neighborhood, as I do my best thinking while I'm walking outside. ;)
