Professional Male Looking for 1BR

Hello, I am looking for a 1 bedroom in an apartment in either Jersey City (near The Village, Hamilton Park, or Paulus Hook) or Hoboken. I would prefer to share with males or females ideally between 20 and 28 years old. I am available to move from 10/1 and have a budget of $1500pm. Parking included would be preferred.

A little about me:
I am a fairly quiet 26 yr old working professional who is currently working from my home in Staten Island. My job is in South Jersey so I usually drive to work normally and work from 8:30 - 5 pm M-F. I consider myself fairly laid back and easy to get along with. I am pretty clean and any mess would be contained within my room. I like to enjoy both my own private time and hanging out with people. I enjoy cooking from time to time. Please let me know if you are looking for a roommate or have a room available!
