Mid 20’s working professional

Hello! I’m a 25 year old working professional potentially looking for a room or roommate. $1100/month max. Timetable is flexible and not super urgent. I work for the fire department so my schedule is different than most (48 hours at the station, 96 hours off, + whatever OT I work) so I won’t be home 10-15 days out of the month. Ideally someone with a similar schedule would be preferable. I’m a very laid back guy who enjoys being social and having guests over on weekends as well as an occasional beer or 2 (no I am not a heavy drinker). So if your house rules are strict then it will probably be a no from me. With that being said, I also enjoy my quiet down time as I’m very busy with studying and up very early for work. I consider myself very clean, responsible, and will gladly carry my load in the household without complaint.
