Responsible emplyed student seeking room

Hello, looking for a room for rent. Preferably long term if the fit is right. I'm clean, respectful, kind and live an active lifestyle. And hope to find roommates who are similar in this regard. Not looking for a party house but don’t mind if you entertain a few friend once in awhile. I’m a full time student and work full time, consider myself a home body but spend a considerable amount of my time dedicated to work and school. I’m outgoing and friendly but also respect others space and privacy as I would like the same in return.
