Professional Looking For Female Roommate Asap

I’m a recent college grad, 25 y/o female & a store manager I work 5 days a week (which includes the weekend). I have a cat who is really sweet I don’t mind if you do, I’m looking to renting an apartment with 1 other female around the tri-valley/San Ramon area I can do a minimum 6 month lease, I don’t drink/do drugs/ or smoke, I’m okay with occasional guests over as long as you are with me. I identify LGBT+ if you are that’s great too. Need to move at end of September.
