Pros: -Hardly ever home.-Great Credit but seeking a deal! -Don’t care what you do. (Ex. Stay up late, have guests, Drink/Smoke/friendly, etc.). -Pet Friendly -Mobile. -Super Clean Person -Always pay on time/early. -Have my own furniture. -Can move in Tomorrow! -Always have groceries -Willing to put name on lease or take over existing one. Cons:
-Prefer a place that has wifi & parking included. (Not a deal breaker though.) -I may have my best friend over, once in a while. (obviously they would remain in my room.)
-Looking for a female roommate (typically cleaner) but males are fine with me too!
