Singer Songwriter looking for room in LA.

Hey everyone! I’m a 35 year old singer songwriter moving to Los Angeles in April. I’m looking for a month to month or short lease. I would prefer a private room. I’m a big fan of organization and cleanliness so I hope to be a very low maintenance roommate. From time to time I record music at home so I’m looking for a place where that wouldn’t be bothersome. I am willing to accommodate any work schedules. I tend to work in bars and restaurants so I’ll be looking to find new employment there. I have a car so ample street parking would be a plus.
