Looking for a Queer Friendly Space

I am starting my new chapter as a queer woman as my whole time living in NY has been with my spouse. I have spent those years taking care of house and home while working on my career so I pride myself being a clean, independent individual. I need an LGBT+ friendly space where people are good at healthy communication.
My routine is currently more second shift/night owlesque because I am furloughed due to Covid-19. When not on UI, I work 9 to 6, in graphics/production that has been impacted by the shuttering of the events industry.
Being a creative, I sew and make art in my free time. I really love to cook, listen to music and garden, so an apartment with decent windows and not too thin walls are preferred! I have good headphones and some grow lights though so this isn't a deal breaker. I often like having some background noise of some sort as long as it's not blaring, so quiet is not a must unless it is night.
I currently have a girlfriend who is long distance at the moment but will hopefully be visiting on occasion or I will go to visit from time to time. I had a dog that is with my ex and love animals/nature so if you have any pets I will be happy to lend a hand if you ever need.
