In need of a place to rent

Hi my name is Rachel and me and my girlfriend are looking for a room to rent, due to me working and having to get up early I prefer to have roommates who are similar alike. I am also interested in even teaming up with someone on renting a apartment or just a place in general. I have three forms of income as of right now. And I am honestly not to picky on who I rent from as long as they are reliable, clean, and considerate towards others, also someone who is honest and trustworthy.
