Seeking Room

I am seeking a space to live for my 3rd year of college, I am looking for something medium term for about a year and longer if I love the space.
I am very open-minded and not fussy but here is some idea of what I am looking for. I would prefer a furnished if anything but unfurnished would be ok as well, ideally with open floor space with a lot of sunlight.
As amenities go, I would like a washer, dryer, hardwood floors and Wi-Fi. I like to keep my space clean, but I like to have my space lived in. I would like to live close to NYU Brooklyn campus or near a subway that go there, such as the A, C, F, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, Q or B trains.
I am very much seeking roommates; I would just want a respectful and communicative person and anything else would-be a plus. I love pets so I am open to that.
