Room or garage apt. Even consider a high rise/mid rise . Safe and diverse demographics presences . Not a party animal prefer smaller quiet dinners and relaxing music . Sports lover. Cable and internet extremely clean kitchen . I cannot live with roaches . Mutual respect of food, paper and drink is only fair . Open to house apt mid rise or high rise . Like clean people and clean pets . Fleas and bedbugs are deal breakers. Smoke outside . I do not smoke . Healthy ddf middle aged guy and don’t mind responsible younger guys and gals . two or three can make the cost of living much more manageable.
