-Medium to large room and private bath preferred, but not a must
-no smoking indoors
-pets are ok, I do not have any though.
-cleanliness is important, but I’m not a clean freak.
-covered parking spot would be preferred.
-private or community pool
-unfurnished bedroom, I would like to bring my own bed, but would use other furniture in the bedroom.
-quiet-ish during week nights, but I don’t mind other people being over and whatnot. Just be respectful of one another’s schedules.
-would like to find a roommate that I get along and could be friends, as I do not know anyone in the area. I enjoy hiking, good food, grabbing drinks, live music. But also would be ok with strictly a room renting situation.
- I work Monday - Friday, 8-5 in my office in Scottsdale. I may occasionally work from home, but not very often.
