Need a place

Hi, my name is Silver. I'm looking for a place to move into when the lease is up on July 31st

I clean up after myself and my pets, though I prefer not being the only one doing chores in the house, (i. e. if a person makes a mess in the kitchen, they clean it up instead of leaving it for someone else) I don't always realize when something needs to be done but if asked I'll do it, just no passive aggressiveness please.

I have a couple kitties there are very sweet if a little shy.

I myself am pretty laid back, mostly keeping to myself at home. I play a lot of online games with others, with things like dungeons and dragons and other roleplaying games. I've been told I can be a bit noisy at times, but will try to keep it down if it bothers you too much.

Some other possibly note worthy details:
I don't smoke
I rarely drink (Like maybe a hard cider or two, once or twice a month)
I'm 420 friendly but don't do any recreational drugs myself, and please don't try to make me
I'm fully vaccinated against covid19, and still wear a mask when going out
I'm Asexual and LGBTQ+ friendly
I'm not religious

Just wanted to get those out of the way so we can know if we'd along

Currently I get off work 9am - 6 pm on weekdays in office
