I am very chill, organized, & work-driven (but love to go out on the weekends as well). During the week I spend most of my time working and working out. I love anything fitness, cars, films, gaming, and some sports.
I am mostly looking for luxury apartments with a nice view of the city. I would strongly prefer an in-unit washer/dryer but not mandatory if the apartment is good enough.
I don’t have a gender preference for my roommate as long as they are clean and considerate.
