Young Professional looking for suitable housing

Im 22, a recent college graduate. I currently have a full time job in Huntington (so i'm looking for something with no more than a 45 minute commute). I would prefer to live with roommates than on my own - so a room to rent in a larger house with students or young professionals would be ideal. Also, I would like a place with a decent back/front yard - but thats not necessarily a deal breaker.
