2021 Begginings

Hi,

My name is Quintin Ellis Jr. I currently live in Valley Glen/Van Nuys in the San Fernando Valley and hope to find something in "The Great 818." I work full-time (currently remotely from home) roughly 8 to 5 and keep to myself during work hours... but am a very social ambivert overall and respect and value others.

I enjoy wine, karaoke, tv and eats/foodie stuff. I'm open to sharing common food items (condiments, spices, dry food, etc.) but will never take or borrow anything without asking and respect everyone's space. Hopefully you're the same way. This goes for keeping things tidy as well.

My budget is 800 to 1000 a month. I currently have a few streaming services I usually share with the people I live with.

I'm looking for something ideally before the end of 2021 and will commit to 6 months or 12 months and will absolutely stand by that. Prefer something more long term than short, but also okay with month to month.

I am fully vaccinated as of April 30, 2021 and try to be covid cautious.
