I need a place with good vibes and energy

Im the best guy to room with wether you’re a male or female. Adapting is too easy for me so I can fit in almost anywhere. You like to be calm and quiet? I can be calm and quiet, you want to be loud and make music? I can do that too, you wanna rob a bank? I’m not into that and won’t be joining you in jail but by all means, you got my support Lmao ‚seriously though I give out nothing but love and respect so we should get along great with no problems, unless you’re just a dickhead lmaoo I’m looking for a room or basement for rent where I can walk around comfortably and not be treated like a stranger. Maybe even a roommate i can get really close with, just no bad energy. I want to be able to socialize with my roommates but at the same time have my privacy when I need it. I’m a very clean and organized person and looking for a roomate that also picks up after themselves because Who wants to live with a dirty person? I would like to smoke in my room or indoors but if not I can respect that and find somewhere else to smoke. However if I am allowed to smoke indoors, I grew up trying to hide the smell from teachers and family members so im elite at keeping the home and/or area untraceable lmao
