Couple looking for private room and bath

Hi!
My name is Stephanie and I am looking to split an apartment with an individual or couple. I want to move somewhere closer to work, Glendale/Burbank area is ideal but am willing to look into other areas in LA County if you would prefer a different area.

My boyfriend, Nicolas, would also be sharing a room with me if that's not an issue. We are very calm and friendly. We are both non-smokers and do not use drugs. We don’t have any pets but are open to the idea if you have any. We are willing to pay up to $1300 monthly for rent and I already have some apartments in mind, I can send you links.

A little bit about me:
I am 23 years old, going in 24. I am a Hispanic woman who was born and raised in LA. I work in social services for a skilled nursing facility in Glendale, CA. I am easy going, very family oriented and respectful of others. I like to cook and you would be more than welcome to join my bf and I for dinner if you would like. :)

I have almost all of the furniture we would need in common areas (sectional couch, dining table, television, etc.). I have accounts with SCE (Southern California Edison) and So-Cal Gas for the electricity and gas bills that I’m paying now and I can continue paying those bills from the same accounts wherever I move next. I am also paying for renter’s insurance under the Farmer’s Insurance company.
