Entertaining the idea of a roommate...

I am a clean, private, respectful, self-aware, peaceful, and dependable professional working woman entertaining the idea of a roommate (to save money).

I have one well-behaved (clean) indoor cat, Blue. He uses his litter box and does not smell. I enjoy being alone and will spend most of my time in my own space. I have worked at Children’s Hospital LA for 15 years, and I’m currently in a leadership position.

My ideal roommate will be professional, dependable, drama-free, peaceful, respectful, CLEAN, and simply a good person with positive vibes. I am also open to signing a lease with someone looking for a room.

I am prepared to move forward when I find the best (for me) room (preferably large) and roommate. I prefer a private room with a private bath, and ample closet space. A private entrance would be the ultimate, but not mandatory.
