Australian professional seeking room in The Valley

Hi, I'm arriving from Australia on August 11.

I'll be working in The Valley directing and engineering audio books. I'll be working part time in the studio and part time from home. I have also been a writer and director in the film industry and a songwriter and vocalist in the music industry.

Outside of work, I write, edit audio and dabble in photography. I enjoy reading, movies, cafes, the beach and the occasional quiet glass of wine.

I'm looking for a safe, secure & respectful home. I'm fully vaxxed and Covid safe.

Would prefer my own bathroom but open to sharing. Would prefer off street parking but if it's a safe area, street parking is fine. Balcony is not a requirement, just on my wish list. Would love a pool to swim in.

Hoping for a room in Sherman Oaks or Studio City, but open to other areas in the lower Valley area (not upper Valley).
