29yo internat. post-graduate student at Berkeley Law from Berlin, Germany, looking for a shared house/appartment w/ 6, 10 or 12 months lease, ideally until summer 2022. Price range is about $1300-1600. 15-20min bike ride to campus max. Availability asap, Aug 15th latest. Can visit the place on very short notice and am ready to commit if it suits expectations.
I am a post-graduate law student from Berlin, participating in an LL. M. program at Berkeley Law for the 2021/2022 academic year and will be sitting for the NY or Cal bar exam in the summer of 2022.
I hope to find a place that I can call home close to campus with chill roomates. A shared house with a (smal) garden/yard would be strongly prefered, but I will look at anything that is within distance and budget. Flexible regarding the end of the lease term.
