Looking for Room w/ Private Bathroom

My name is Nicole and my ideal room includes my own bathroom (a bath tub would be a bonus), parking space, and a washing machine that I have access to (not necessarily needed but would be nice). I am very clean, respectful and considerate person. I would love for my housemates to be respectful of my stuff and myself and to communicate about our communal space (as needed) to create a clean, safe and respectful environment for each other.
