Working professional looking for a room for rent.

Preferably looking for a place in Ventura or a surrounding area. Washer/dryer would be great. So would some sort of outdoor or patio space. I’m pretty laid back, don’t create a fuss and keep to myself. I do like to cook but I’m pretty clean and keep up on dishes and other household chores since I like to live in a clean/organized space. I accepted a new job in Santa Barbara and am relocating from Rancho Cucamonga
