Temporary Roommate, Hopefully Long Term Friend :)

Hey there, Moving back to Denver in October after spending the past 5 Months dancing and celebrating love a la weddings in Michigan.. My best friend from Michigan is following me out here next spring/summer but I need a landing zone with someone cool in the meantime.
I would really like a private room that I can put my bed and desk at least-- I work 9-5 remotely, enrolled in online school as well to finish my degree, so I will be spending a lot of time at said desk. I have a nice little network of friends in Denver so between work, time with my GF, and other pals, I'm plenty busy outside of the house but relatively quiet inside the house (I do like to sing but like, even more, being told to stop singing). I like to buy coffee for myself and my roommate(s), encourage bonding sessions, great at reading a room and knowing when to leave it be, and ultimately just like hanging out and laughing. I take great pride in being remarkably easygoing so I hope you do too but if not, no sweat.
