Aussie looking for month by month lease

Hey guys,

I’m currently looking for a clean comfortable beach pad in the Miami to Fort Lauderdale area…walking distance to the sands is essential and an apartment or house that’s safe, clean and welcoming.

I’m social on weekends, however weekdays I work a lot, and I’m out training 3 hrs a days as I’m an athlete currently competing around the country.

I arrived 12 weeks ago to SD, now in LA for the past 6 weeks and here in the USA until mid next year or longer, however a month by month suits me atm, as it’s dependent on my visa.

I’ve lived in shared living quite alot and love it. I’m very clean, tidy but not OCD. I am respectful of others, keep to myself alot, however love a chat and very easy going.

Love dogs, love cooking (meal prep) and currently a furnished room and home suits me best. A car space would be great too, as i have a car I’ll be shipping from LA.
