ISO roommate or large room

Searching for a roommate to find a new place with, or a large room/house to move in to. I do have pets - they are low maintenance and you can DM me for details. I’d like to find a place with a backyard or nearby field for my pup. No kids, I have two jobs, have lived on my own for 6 years, and have never missed a rent payment. I don’t smoke (anything) but I regularly go out for drinks with friends. Easy to get along with and not a fan of drama. I’d prefer to live with a female but a male would be fine depending on the person. My current lease doesn’t end until May so I have plenty of time to find the right person.
