I am currently looking for a room to rent starting mid-September / beginning of October. I will be working as a Project Assistant for a consulting and research firm located in Laguna Woods.

I will be cycling to work, which (unfortunately) limits the cities I am open to moving to: Laguna Woods (prefered), Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, and parts of Irvine close to Laguna Woods.

My budget: $1,200

Caveats: I am allergic to pet dander and do not do well with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana because of my asthma.

I currently reside in central California and have a B. A. in Economics from University of California - Riverside and a M. A. in Economics from California State University - Long Beach. I am a bubbly and friendly person. It gives me a peace of mind to live in an organized and clean home, so you can count on me to do my fair share of house chores. When I am relaxing and not thinking about work, I enjoy kbbq, hikes, reading, learning (e. g. skincare, brush lettering, cooking, etc.), or simply going down a rabbit hole googling topics that I will probably never use.
