Roommate Wanted

I am a recent college graduate starting a career in the D. C. area. I’m currently living in a one-bedroom in Fairfax, but would like to move into a two-bedroom with a roommate to reduce monthly rent. There are two-bedroom units in my current community, but I would also be open to moving elsewhere in the area. I have some furniture, like a large L-shaped couch and a TV that would be shared in common spaces. I would prefer to live with someone about ages 20-30. Pet owners are okay, but no smokers.

As a roommate, I am pretty quiet. I tend to keep to myself most of the time, but would like a roommate who I can talk to or share a meal with occasionally. I can tolerate a moderate amount of clutter in shared spaces, but prefer that kitchen and bathroom spaces be kept tidy.
