Looking for Room/Sublet or Roommate

Hello everyone!

My name is Bryan, and I am in search for a new place to live starting October 1. I am 31 and I work in supply chain/logistic. I'm originally from Houston, TX and I recently moved to Denver back in July. I’m pretty laid back, friendly, outdoorsy and love to go camping, fishing, hiking, and would like to try snowboarding and skiing in the winter. I also love music; I play guitar and love to go to concerts and music festivals. As a roommate, I tend to be clean, organized, respectful and considerate of others. Rest assured, I make sure to pay the bills and rent on time and clean up after myself.

I’m looking to find a place in the greater Denver area such as Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton, Aurora, Lakewood, Englewood, Arvada, but can be flexible with location. Im looking to move into the place towards the end of June or early July (at the latest). My budget is between $800-$1200. I would prefer if the place has a washer and dryer in the unit but not a deal breaker.
