Looking for a month to month room to rent

Hi! I am Katie and I am looking for a month to month room to rent. Preferably with a female.
I work a full time job, outside of the home, and will be getting a second job or doing a side gig or two to make some more money. I have two kids, they are 13 and 8 and they live with their Dad but I do get them every other weekend. Please don't let that be a deal breaker. My kids have manners, are very respectful, and will not cause any issues for you, that I promise. I would prefer to meet you and have you meet my kids before setting anything in stone. When my kids are staying with me they will stay in my room and keep to themselves during awake hours. I am pretty much a homebody, and stay to myself.
