Looking for Room for Lease starting in October

I’m 22 and interested in living with women and non-binary people around my age. I am looking for a respectful and queer-friendly space. I work at an environmental non-profit Monday through Friday 9-5. I currently work at home but I will transfer to in-person most likely in October. I am interested in roommates that are willing to respect that I need to go to bed at a reasonable time (usually 12 so not too early) and are willing to help out with chores. I’m down to hang out with my roommates and would love to watch movies with them. I love hiking and love to explore Rock Creek Park. I am looking to get a cat so I’d prefer to live somewhere that is pet friendly. I do smoke but can smoke off the premises. I would never smoke in the apartment/house.
