Looking for chill roommates and affordable housing

Hey everyone,

LA native recently returning after 8 years in North Carolina. Make a living wage as a teller but not making it rain, so looking for an affordable living situation (i. e. a couple roommates) not too far from my workplace in Reseda.

I'm a queer-identified male (feel free to ask if you'd like clarification) and looking to live with open-minded folx. Mostly an introverted nerd as well but with something of an adventurous/outdoorsy streak. Partake in the occasional drink (typically socially or a sip of wine) but no tobacco. Really what I'm looking for in a roommate is an element of flexibility and mutual respect for boundaries. If you have any other questions feel free to shoot me a message!
