Seeking private room/private bath by OCT 1st

Hello, my name is Nicole and I’m a 23yo working professional. I’m looking to move in to a private room by Oct 1st in the Santa Ana, Costa Mesa area. I’m a very quiet clean working professional and am moving out to the area for my new job as a supply chain analyst located at a company in Santa Ana. I’m also very friendly and will be working in the office M-F, I will not be working from home. No pets and I do not smoke. I’m not a huge party-er, but I do like to go out on the weekends. I do not plan on bringing many guests back to the place if any. I also just took up golfing as a hobby and would like to continue that when i move to California. I’m looking for a private room and private bath while I acclimate to the area for 1-4 months. Please reach out if you think you have a room for me! My budget is around ~$1200, private bathroom is a MUST! Also, note I prefer to sleep in a cooler temperature environment and would like to turn the AC down to 68° max at night, I know some people get cold and can’t sleep in this temperature so I just wanted to make this clear now before I move in with someone.
