My name is Chance. I am a Queer identifying Employee Experience Specialist working at a local tech company in Manhattan. I am also a Junior at Baurch College where I am studying Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology and Neuroscience.
I am looking for a room as soon as possible with a preference for Bushwick, Ridgewood or Williamsburg area.
My current apartment hasn’t had hot water in months and I am looking for a stable living situation while also cutting costs at the same time.
I have a full-time job, have been paying rent in the same place for over a year up in Queens and am quiet, barely home and have a full schedule. My budget for a room is a range of $650 to $1100 max.
