Have Stuff , need Roof.

I was living in North Richland Hills for 5 years in a 2-2-2- duplex, in the middle of covid my landlord raised my rent, which was not cool because other renters were not paying rent. My last yearly lease was up in november 2020, he didn't want to sign a lease for all his properties, on the advice of his real estate agent he hired to manage his properties. He was needing to downgrade his living situation as well as most others during covid and I went on a month to month at an additional fee again. in April 2021, I was asked by a friend to move in with them so they didn't have to live in a nursing home, this was a 40 year friend so I made the decision to help him and I would not pay rent, but I had to do all the fixing of his home which he couldn't do. I had the same amount of space, his parkinson's progressed, about the time I finished moving in, and fixed way too many things to count which took 2 months of fixing and moving. I was there a month after all set up and settled when the state demanded he be placed in a nursing home, he had to sell his home to pay for the facility, leaving me basically homeless. I am staying at my brothers for now, this was not intended to be a permanent solution, nor the area I need to be in with my customers all south of me and closer to Mid Cities and Dallas, usually up and down 183 and Dallas North Tollway, and Uptown/Downtown Dallas.
I should have just stayed where I was, no good deed goes unpunished.!
I have an IT business which I services small offices and Large high rise condos and some retail home users. I usually stay swamped, however the time I took to move and help my friend I took off work except for an emergency call here and there and had been off work making the transition there, only to make another transition out, right at the time I called all my clients and told them I was back on the clock and ready to respond. I had not worked much in that period.
I am back at work now and taking too much time trying to find a place for myself so I can get back to work at full capacity. Rough Year. Good Credit.
