Long Term Rental for Work

My name is Jai. I am a 26 yo male seeking a single room to accommodate a recent employment opportunity. I tend to be a more quiet and reserved individual that keeps to myself. However, I don't by any means require that of potential roommates. To add to that point, I'm open to all roommates regardless of gender identity or age as my primary motivation is to be closer to my place of work. What one can expect from me is great consideration of other's personal space. I'm assertive when it's necessary, but otherwise I don't like to tread where I haven't been explicitly invited. Lastly, I take my responsibilities quite seriously and always stick to my word. Whether it's chores or rent, my part will be taken care of promptly and consistently.
