Grad Student Seeking Roommate for Spring Semester

My name is Luke. I will be attending Georgetown University in January 2022. I am a 27 year-old US Army veteran originally from Chicago, IL. I enjoy a quiet environment that will allow me to focus on my studies. I am very neat and clean and would prefer that you are as well. My budget is $1,500/month or less. I have the GI Bill that covers my rent, so you won't have to worry about me paying rent on time. I don't mind pets, but dogs are preferred. I would prefer to move in to a new apartment or condo with our own private bedrooms and bathrooms and with shared common areas. No preference on gender/sexual orientation; other veterans/active military would be great! I will be bringing a piano, so hopefully you enjoy music as much as I do.
