Im in desperate need of a room to rent

Hi, I'm in desperate need of a room to rent. I'm quiet, clean and respectful of other people's privacy and property. I also will cook and clean. I'm disabled due to multiple knee surgeries but I'm walking well at this point. I have a small, trained dog who is old. She only stays in my room and has a dog crate. She is fully potty trained and has very little hair left so no shedding. She is a registered service animal. I am a widow with no male companion. I have a small family and rarely have company.
