Looking for a room :)

Me and my hubby are looking for a room. I am disabled and my hubby is looking to be a student.
We have two kitties, Angel and Baby. Angel is deaf and Baby is of hearing. I would prefer a private bathroom so nobody is ever inconvenienced by me but if not that's fine too! We're pretty quiet and love to game and watch anime. We're interested in being roommates to anyone who'd live to have us. We are big hearted and love kindness. We have been vaccinated since april/march and are willing to show proof. My cats generally stay in the bedroom so no worries about any escapees or fleas. (We make sure they're treated.)
