Non-smoker, mature female with quiet hobbies

I've been sharing housing for the past two years; have references. Seeking peaceful, considerate, and respectful housemate(s) with basic manners who clean up after themselves, like myself. Working two jobs. I read & write a lot when I'm home so I'm seeking a quiet home without loud TV or radio. Need wifi and laundry facilities. PLEASE no pet hair in my rooms (allergic but can live with dogs and cats), no incessant dog-barking, no smoking or vaping. Prefer no pot, and prefer a home without surveillance cameras everywhere! I'm frequently described as calming and "super chill," but I'm also driven and focused on my life goals. I eat some meat & seafood but rarely cook it. At home I eat more salads, veg/fruit, and smoothies. Occasional craft beer but rare/not a drinker. (Single, no kids.) Open to helping with yard/garden work (and of course housework). My long-term goal is to buy a house in rural NC and garden. Thank you!
