My name is James. I'm a single, middle age man with no kids and no pets. I work at least 5 days/40 hours+ per week and workout at the gym nearly everyday. When not at work, I enjoy nearby friends, family, the beach, movies and the like. My hobbies include writing, reading, drawing/art and listening to music. I truly enjoy good and fascinating conversation with friends, family and roommates. - I have fairly modest needs, so the room I'm looking to rent can either be furnished or not (but preferable) with basic amenities i. e. Bathroom shared or private, Parking, laundry, Wifi, Kitchen access, etc.
