Quiet Laid Back Mature and considerate

Communication & Maturity are must haves for me.
I am looking to share an apartment with a quiet, clean person or people 35+ who tell the truth. I really don't care what your sexuality or gender identity is as long as mine are respected in turn.
I am an introverted and quiet student, working for their masters degree in English. I am transgender (non-binary), liberal to moderate politically, but don't care what your politics are unless you're ultra right. I don't care what religion you have, if any, as long as its not fundamentalist or bigoted. I can see at least two sides to every issue, so am flexible. Open to all types.. I like to laugh and hang out sometimes. I like literature, movies, music, dancing, getting outside, some sports, dancing, music, and just walking around.
Expect me to mind my own business, to be courteous and open to talk if you want to, but not always, okay with sharing cleaning duties. I expect no loud music or TV
